In order to provide up-to-date information to parents and guardians of the Somerset Area School District, an automated Electronic Communication System (ECS) will be implemented during the 2007 – 2008 school year.  This system will allow the District to notify parents/guardians via telephone, email, and text message in the event of emergencies.  For instance, if school is cancelled and you have provided a telephone number, the system will call this number with a
pre-recorded message. In addition, this system can be used to provide information to parents/ guardians of students in any school-related group, such as athletic teams or clubs. To update or change information AFTER submitting the form, please call 814-444-3232.
